Registration is on the evening 23th November 2011 from 6pm onwards Location Tamarind Bar & Grill in Chalong.
The weight station will be at the Tamarind Bar & Grill in Chalong on all 3 fishing days, 24th, 25th & 26st November. The final evening and prize giving party will also be held in the Tamarind Bar & Grill, Chalong
In an effort to showcase individual team skills, the rules of the P.I.S.T. 2011 have been designed to allow teams to fish the event as they would while having fun.
The P.I.S.T. 2011 is a 3 day team fishing event with top team honors going to the team that tallies the most points (per kilo) during the Tournament.
The Tournament also awards prizes to the team that catch the largest fish (by weight) in each eligible species.
A special release trophy will be awarded to the team releasing the most Billfish.
We have tried to create a level playing field for all competitors, independent of boat size or speed. In that, Phi Phi Island, Hin Bida, Shark Point, Ko Haa, Ko Rok, Hin Deang and Similan Islands are out of bounds for all boats.
All boats registered do so at their own risk. By registering as an angler in the Tournament, the angler holds harmless the Tournament Committee, Tournament Judges, Organizers, Sponsors,Donors and all other person connected directly or indirectly with the operation of the Tournament from any Liability for libel, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury or death suffered by any participant, entrant, sport fisherman, their companions, boatcaptains, crew members, family, vessel and equipment that occur during or in conjunction with the Tournament.
